Wordpress NMU

A couple of people have asked me to do a NMU on wordpress.

I figured as the current maintainer Gabriel Rodríguez Alberich is not a
DD I should find his sponsor. It's not in the changelog. It's not in the
.dsc

So I am wondering here. How the hell did he upload this package in the
first place? I can't find him on the debian keyring...
