I have a question.
There are packages which probably need to be changed the owner (or suid)
in .deb packages.
Trying to chown to a user which does not exist will obviously emit an error
like this:
dh_link
dh_strip
dh_compress
dh_fixperms
chown netsaint debian/netsaint-neat/usr/lib/cgi-bin/
