Hi,
I am currently facing an issue right at the beginning of debian-live
bootstrap process:
http://pastebin.com/yzfGV3in
It seems dctrl-tools are about to be installed into the chroot but it fails
for some reason and the error code is >0 so the script just stops.

Hi all,
yesterday I completely re-installed my build environment. I'm using the
very same configuration (which is still working in another instance which
hasn't been deleted/renewed so far) but the building of the binary part now
seems to fail with error:

Hi,
I recently faced the same issue and it turned out that the package
console-data (including dependencies) needs to be installed so that
/etc/init.d/console-setup runs correctly.
Maybe that helps.

Hi,
it seems I am unable to get live-build to create the live-user correctly. I
need to create it in my hook scripts so that it will be used but this is
something I would like to avoid. Also the Debian installer does not create
the user account, neither when using preseed file nor when entering

Hi all,
I am facing issues using noautologin option.
As stated in man live-config I have
created /config/chroot_local-includes/etc/live/config.d/project.conf and
included noautologin.
Now the option is actually working, no login is being processed.
Unfortunately there are unwanted side effects li
Hi all,
I was wondering if anybody has a working concept to use Jenkins-CI for
building and testing live-build ISO images?
If yes, how do you handle your build in Jenkins? Do you use
OS-Autoinst for automated QA integration tests?
This subject seems to be quite complex and I wasn't able to find

Hi folks,
just wanted to let you know that I created a project on Github to
support easy development of ISO's based on Debian Live 2.0/3.0
including Git versioning and easy update of the build environment.
If you're interested, you can find more here:
