I am trying to get my Netgear WG511 setup automatically when it's plugged in. It appears that I need to put an entry in modules.pcimap to get hotplug to recognise it. Can anyone tell me where I might find the necessary data? The WG511 isn't listed on http://pciids.sf.net. Any help would be a

Hello I have this compaq r4025 laptop (it is an amd 64). I cannot seem to get Linux on it (Debian or otherwise). When I try to boot off an install CD it gets about as far as initializing the framebuffer and then hangs. I tried the "nofb" kernel option (also I think the debian option is vga16:no
