Hi ! I installed debian on my Acer Travelmate 291 LCi-M11 recently. It worked very well out of the box with Joans help page. (see also http://perso.wanadoo.es/jtur/AcerTM290/acertravelmate290.html, Joan added some of my information recently). But it can happen with framebuffer devices that y

I have allways just added a module with modprobe, then after rebooting, the module will reload itself. I have built the kernel 2.4.26 and selected all module loading options, but now when using modprobe, the module works fine until I reboot, then the module doesn't reload automatically. Can
