Hi all,
I have a card that plugs and plays with Win 95 but don't know how to
make it work in linux. I've been trying for a few days now and
really am fed up of having to reboot into Win95 just to pick up

When I had the problem Zyrex described on a 380XD (much like a 380E) none of
those worked.

I've been offered a Compaq Armada 4130T laptop with docking station cheap
(family discount). I searched the archives and came up with no mention. Are

What about the docking station?
Thanks,
Rick
i have a Compaq Armada 4131T, which should be almost identical
to the 4130.
in my experience, i tried installing Debian slink, but i couldn't
get X working .. i checked out the Linux Laptops page for a
XF86Config file, but the one i found was for Red Hat (would that make
a difference?)
I have a Compaq Armada 4130T with debian installed. I have X working
perfectly, but i haven't tried sound yet. I have also not been able to find
out anything about the programmable buttons. Other than that, i is really
great!!
