Now everything works fine again.
I removed hotplug and udev and installed them again afterwards. The
firmware could be loaded succesful then.
I still don't know what broke the things. But wlan runs again without
any problems and i don't care anymore.

I see this before, after update hotplug I get the same error, and
after udev update (overwrite hotplug) all works again.

Check if you install udev, if you install it and after that
update hotplug firmware load may failed.
In this case upgrade udev to overwrite hotplug configurations,
or uninstall hotplug.
