I have mine working with the latest PCMCIA package (potato). I needed to
disable 'setserial' from trying to auto-config the serial ports, and
both the ethernet and modem work fine.

Yes, I've got one of those babies running in my Sony VAIO F-270. :-)
It was automatically detected and both interfaces are working fine
(although I haven't tried using them both at the same time which is
supposed to be possible).
What's your problem with it?
