However, I have it connected to a monitor most of the time which can
handle higher resolutions. I would like to configure it so that I can
increase the resolution when connected to the monitor and then
decrease it when I'm disconnecte
When I boot my system (running testing) with a 2.6 kernel, the system
comes up fine. However, the networking never finishes obtaining an IP
address from my WAP. If I boot using a 2.4 kernel all comes up fine
and I have an IP and can work. Any suggestions?

Anybody have any suggestions or advice for running testing on this
laptop? I've had it for about two years now and only recently was able
to use Debian as the host operating system. Prior to this, I've only
had luck with running Debian under VMware.

I have a Toshiba Satellite with the touchpad mouse built in. However,
most times I'm connected to a USB hub with a keyboard and mouse. Both
are Logitech, and I would like to have access to the scroll wheel
