Just yesterday I wanted to file an installation report for my laptop (finally I
solved all issues), but I could only file a link to a website. Well, I don't
have a website! Is there no other way to post this? The wiki at acpi4linux was
not working either (the issues were about ACPI)

debian-laptop has no answer so I'm trying here...
This is the last issue I have with Debian Sid and my HP Omnibook. It resumes
correctly from suspend-to-ram (S3) to X, but the console shows green dancing
squares and the resolution is dropped to 640x480. I can type blindly to it
