Hello. I have a laptop (Qli Linux) running Debian testing/unstable. The
kernel is 2.6.4-ck1 (hand-compiled). Modutils is not on the
system. /etc/modules is empty.
My problem has to do with the network interfaces. My
/etc/network/interfaces file looks like this:

I just installed Sarge on my Laptop (Amilo EL) and am now trying to get
my PCMCIA WLAN-card working. It is a noname card and it ran under
mandrake using the orinoco module.
When inserting the card sarge loaded also the hermes and orinoco modules

Linux. I am trying to get Debian woody with the bf24
kernel to work with my Netgear MA401 PCMCIA card.
I sucessfully installed it on my laptop, which is a
Gateway Solo Pro 9300, which has a PIII 650, 288 MB of
memory, and a 6 GB drive.
