I did it some time ago on a similar laptop (can't remember type).
* I had good experience installing XF86Setup (needs VGA16 server)
* then I run xvidselect (shows the right XServer - propably SVGA)
* then I installed the SVGA Server
* the I run XF86Setup again
* as graphic driver I installed Ne
Some good news for DWL650 users, linux-wlan-ng-0.1.14-pre3.tar.gz just
out of stove and it fixed the downloading (Finally, I can download
kernel from local lan successfully at speed >500KB/s :) However,
uploading still does not behave for heavy load.

debian dist installed. I now have either to create a mirror on the HDD and
install the packages from there (I think I understand how to do this - split
