I got Debian testing running on my Thinkpad T22 a couple of months ago thanks
to this list and it has been working almost like a charm ever since :-)
The problem is that I am experiencing random lockups of the machine. The
machine blocks completely and the only thing I can do is to turn it off.

If you have some kind of crash for example super block is damage, and
system don't know where shoud go some files or directores insted of
deleting them it move to lost+found
What can case corruption? swith off PC without full shutdown.

No, actually, there is no file named readme-2.4, there is a readme that

the pcmcia-cs and iptables packages, and checking out the iptables
masquerade instructions, the ethernet is now working and running as a
gateway for my other machine.
