Hi,
I just wanted to confirm that the error disappeared after switching to a
new network card that is also based on the igb driver.
The affected motherboard is a ASUS PRIME X299-DELUXE. [1]

I'm expiring the same issue here. I use a dedicated network interface as
bridge for VMs. When the interface became unreliable I disabled TCP
offloading as shown below. This worked for a while but now the problem
is even worse. I have to reboot the host to bring the network interface
back. Restartin

This issue looks like it might be related to #657689, or at least the
symptoms are similar.
Periodically, my network link goes down for ~35 seconds at a time. I
have not been able to determine what traffic pattern or set of other set
