I'm expiring the same issue here. I use a dedicated network interface as bridge for VMs. When the interface became unreliable I disabled TCP offloading as shown below. This worked for a while but now the problem is even worse. I have to reboot the host to bring the network interface back. Restarting the network interface itself does not help.
