Probably debian uses an outdated version of rpc.gssd , SAMBA behaves 100%
correctly and someone removed support for weak rpc.gs

there is a working upstream bug-fix for this (kernel 2.6.30.2 ???), but not
yet in debian's 2.6.30-2 (kernel 2.6.30.1).

Sorry, it would be too expensive to make a high quality upstream report. I
suggest to close the current bug, 2.6.26 is outdated anyhow an
