I have the same issue (Windows/Debian dual boot with LVM2).
The boot continues unless the errors happen after an hibernation, and in the
last case I get a KERNEL PANIC and I must reboot, losing my work session.

The boot continues unless the errors happen after an hibernation/suspension,
and in the last case I get a KERNEL PANIC. I must reboot (and lose the saved
session) to boot normally.
