Please, compile "The Magic Sys Rq Key" into future
Debian Linux 2.6 kernel binary releases.
Disable it by default, if you wish,
but leave the final decision to users.

In 2.6, there's no /proc/scsi any more by default (it can be turned on in
Device Drivers -> SCSI device support -> legacy /proc/scsi support). mkinitrd
should check /sys/bus/scsi on a 2.6

I have made a third spin of 2.4.26-6 kernel-source and kernel-image i386.
This fixes some unresolved symbol problems that were introduced
by the SATA and IPSEC updates. It also includes some sparc updates
changes thanks to Joshua Kwan. And of course all the other changes
from the previous spin
