Well I am using KDE4.2 since it was uploaded in experimental. I am happy
with it. I am also using amarok (from experimental)
and I have some problems to discuss.

I just noticed in system monitor that two xorg processes are running. I
am using KDE 4.2 and only Gdm is enabled (I'm sure kdm is not running).
I also use desktop effects (maybe that is the reason).
The two processes use exactly the same amount of allocated (and shared)
memory but

I upgraded to amarok 2.2 and I am very pleased cause some annoying bugs are
gone. Just one thing stands before I can enjoy my music. Randomly or when I
click on menus, buttons,on the music collection etc amarok stops responding
showing the message "music scanning" in the lower righ

Hello there. I got a debian testing installation and I currently cannot
login in kde. I give my pass and instead of a proper kde session I get
kdm's login screen again. I haven't done any upgrade but I did a really
stupid thing: I hit the power button and turn the laptop off the hard
