This happen to me using gstreamer. With xine now things mostly work
fine except that ever so often playing stops completely and needs a
restart of amarok.
So you are saying that I am probably using gstreamer?? I thought amarok
could use only xine. Any hints on how to check that out?? :)

Same over here when it comes to wrong artist. I do hope though that
the mp3 files are not destoyed.
So, just saying that you're not alone here.
Christoph
No the mp3 file are not destroyed, I mean you can still listen to them.
The only problem is that amarok changes the ID3tags and you have to
correct them manually (which is annoying). Well I knew I am not alone :p
. I think it's a good idea tou file some bug reports but the amarok
forum is just a mess :p
Cheers,
John
