Hi, I've just installed KDE3 on debian 3.0 and it works. (Seems to be faster than KDE2. Is this possible?) One Problem: I cannot get transparent menus using mosfet liquid. Are there any XFree limitations? Do I have to alter XF86Config-4? I have XFree 4.1.0 In KControl I have this Look&Feel -

Hi! I solved the problem. Mozilla segfaults too and a strace mozilla showed me that I had serious problems with some f**king truetype fonts I had reinstalled today. So there is no problem with KDE 3.1.2! It does not segfault! Its great! Thanks to all! juh P.S. Maybe some day I will learn how

Hi, strange problem with kvim. I had it in 3.2 and now in 3.3. in sid. When I start kvim it starts with a normal window-width. But then it shrinks to a width of 1cm. When I make it broader with the mouse, it shrinks again. Any hints? juh

Hi, I have a strange problem with KMail on debian unstable. 1. KMail does not look in all local maildir folders if there is new mail. Often I must open the folder to get a list of new messages. This is annoying, but really bad is 2. that I have some maildir folders where new mail intirely does n
