KDE User Can't Access Home Partition

The user "oracle" on my system cannot access their home partition /home/oracle. The user is of group oracle and I have system wide readable /home directories. There is a lot of downloaded information in the directory so I did not simply wish to delete and recreate the user/directory. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm unable to choose the liquid theme in kcontrol with this package (kde-theme-liquid). But the "Mosfet's Liquid" section is present. I don't have the problem with the mosfet package, so I removed the guilty one and reinstalled mosfet. Is it a packaging problem or something I haven't done ?
