You need to update your /etc/apt/sources.list file to use a non US server. I
use the following:

Is there away to make that annoying macromedia popup go away every time I come
to a page with flash? In short, how does one install flash so that it works
with Konqeror? I have gotten it work with netscape, but I use konueror more.
