Starting JBoss from Eclipse

Hello out there, I'm trying to start JBoss over the Eclipse IDE. The problem is, I installed jboss with this instruction: http://www.debian-administration.org/users/andershedstrom/weblog/2 Not necessary to say that I use Eclipse as a normal user with a X-Session. The problem now is that I have to

tomcat throws an error
