oes anyone know what it is?
I would like to understand what the correct thing for me to do is to make this
work. I can just join group 'adm', as this removes the restriction for now,
but it seems not really to be the intent of this group.

I can't find any documentation which provides answers to these questions.
It seems they are the sort of issue that has to be dealt with regularly in
the development of web applications - so where would the standard answers
be?
