Hello Niklaus,
You simply need to install the ant-optional package to get this task
working. However, I'm not sure if your code will work as
does not support the element.
Check the doc here (install ant-optional-doc also):
/usr/share/doc/ant-doc/manual/OptionalTasks/replaceregexp.html

Hi Gabriele,
which vcs repo do you use? You should commit the code either to our
svn or git repo because you have set the Maintainer to pkg-java.
Cheers,

Hello Gabriele,
Your package looks good.
A little note about the license for the debian/* files: you set the
license to GPL-3 (actually, mh_make did that for you). It's considered
maybe best practice to use the same license for the Debian packaging as
for the main package, so here Apache 2 may ha

I never use gcj packages, I'm always unsure whether they will work
because dynamic class loading is used more and more in Java, and OpenJDK
is nowadays fast enough at startup to be convenient for command line
useage. So yes, I support the downgrade from Recommends gcj packages to
Suggests.

Hi
I started working on packaging www.elexis.ch for Debian. I am using
git-buildpackage and looked at the solr and libehcache-java packages for
inspiration.
git-buildpackage --git-dont-purge --git-ignore-new --git-no-sign-tag -us -uc
begins to work.
I managed to compile already a few java fi
Okay... I will try that once more
What I was trying to write (other than my name) was that I support the
downgrade of Recommends to Suggests.

Hi,
we've got the following comment in bug #559058 from doko:
"it's current practice/policy to have such a recommendation for the
corresponding -gcj package. if you want to have this changed, please
address this on the debian-java ML, and don't change it on a per
package basis."
