Hi Jan, I had some problems with mgetty too, as i can remember ( he, its monday ) there are options to get more logging from pppd and mgetty. Setting more verbose logging will help you with finding the problem. Another thing you can try is to make a "cleanup" script in /etc/ppp/ip_down.d that
