I did what was needed to recover from the corruption the DB was
suffering from. About 12,000 sent messages were found again. The
numbers for various languages look a lot more healthy now.
Can people who were having troubles with the system try again now?

Ok, the transfer will happen at 1600 UTC. After that the data
submitted will be transferred to the new installation and a redirect
placed. It shouldn't take more than half an hour. Hopefully there are
no bugs...
