We just added debian-specific translation support for Gnash' desktop files.
It only contains two strings (one for each file), and they're very small.

I forgot to mention that for new translations I also need a pair
other bits as described in README.l10n. If you don't have commit
access you may just tell me the charset that is used on Windows so
that I can enable the language for you.

This small script implements the procedure Jens Seidel described in debian-i18n,
in response to my query about merging separate branches of PO files. More
details on the problem that concerned me (and Jens response) in:

commands which is what I really wanted.
