prefer a hard error when files are missing. Sometimes it would be
appropriate -X (for --exclude) for certain files that don't matter. Or
you could do something like:
ifeq (,$(filter $(DEB_TARGET_ARCH), hurd-amd64 hurd-i386))
dh_missing --list-missing
else
dh_missing
endif
