Hello, I've attempted a gcc-4.3-build of glibc, available on http://youpibouh.thefreecat.org/debian-hurd/glibc/ and it seems to work fine. It also contains the DF fix, a liboil fix, and the use of libpthread-stubs. As upgrading from gcc-4.2 to gcc-4.3 is a non trivial change, please people try t

For a long time, I am seeing that the latest glibc 2.7-9 is not being built on hurd-i386 [1]. Clicking on the hurd-i386 link is not helpful either [2]. It just shows that there are 2045 in Dep-Wait, 1687 Needs-Build. Where to even start to track down the problem? What is the status of glibc on hurd
