Right, the old cjk-latex didn't provide the Japanese Wadalab DNP
fonts, but it did *suggest* HBF kanji48 fonts.

Yup. When it can't find a font, CJK will turn to the default font
defined as "song". Since there is no such font in a font definition
file, it will try Roman fonts, and goes "habeebalula".
The three patches for ja, zh_TW and zh_CN should fix this issue.

I'll try to make it run by "latex". Another solution might be to make
a new zh_TW.UTF-8 version and use the CJKutf8 package. Then we don't
need to use converters and such.
Perhaps doing so with zh_TW, zh_CN and ja_JP will transform the HTML
into UTF-8 encoding as well, which would be a good thing IMHO.

And according to the Debian package website, ctangle is also included in
texlive-extra-utils on the s390 architecture.

B-D, while it should have been texlive-extra-utils. Doh.
