The specific failure of this bug report (amd64, failing while running tests) has
been solved, but there are still failures at configuration stage on other arches
(e.g. arm64) that we will try to figure out next.

Hmm, I didn't change debian/tests/test-hypre-common, maybe that was what I
missed.
I still leave it to you, but I'm curious to know if that was the reason for my

OpenMPI 5 changed env variables: OMPI_ → PRTE_
