AFAIK clang-2.9 can't deal with libstdc++6-4.6-dev (at least without
backporting r130057): http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=9472.
That's why I proposed the build-dep on libstdc++6-4.5-dev in the first
place.
