This I don't understand because the dependency is the following:
python-sip-dev (<<4.11) | python-sip-dev (>=4.11.2),
python-qt4-dev (<<4.7.5) | python-qt4-dev (>=4.7.6)
and the package builds perfectly on my i386 pbuilder.
The buildds use sbuild, not pbuilder, and the failure should be easily
reproducible using sbuild.
To ensure consistent builds, sbuild only considers the first part of an
ORed build-dependency; in this case, I'm not quite sure why the
build-dependencies are as they are - for instance, there has never been
a python-qt4-dev 4.7.5 in the archive, so going out of your way to avoid
using that version seems strange.
