The performance problems and memory leaks seem to be resolved with
Evolution 2.0.3. I no longer experience massive memory leaks with
threaded mode.
This one can be closed as far as I'm concerned.

Oops, at some point, I somehow managed to confuse Tshe and Dje. The
glyphs that are fixed in the package I posted earlier are large and
