from buildd logs of either pygattlib or boost what makes britney think it is
blocked.

You should also know that taglib2 is not supported by Kodi upstream even in v22
master branch.
Hence the FTBFS of -7 against new taglib2.

I stand corrected: v21 Omega has support for taglib2 since beginning of 2024 but
