most characters of Asia-Languages wouldn't be rendered normally under

It turns out, that installing librsvg2-common solves this issue. (Issue 235 by
ibus project home page:

Hi,
Icon with a red cross shows on the bar instead of the icons which are supposed
to be displayed. Also, no icon shows in system tray for ibus. I'm using kde4.

Font of qt4-programs couldn't be changed with qtconfig-qt4. The font
is always Helvetica. Even though I delete the Trolltech.conf in
~/.config/, nothing changes after I restart the qtconfig-qt4.
