It turns out, that installing librsvg2-common solves this issue. (Issue 235 by ibus project home page: http://code.google.com/p/ibus/issues/detail?id=235&can=1&q=%E5%9B%BE%E6%A0%87&colspec=ID%20Component%20Type%20Status%20Priority%20Milestone%20Owner%20Summary).
Please add the dependency of librsvg2-common to this package. Thanks.
