Currently, the message in the debian tag is just:
"Debian release %s" % cp.version
This is a bad idea, because it means that the signed message itself
contains no mention of the project that is being worked on.

Thanks for your prompt and thoughtful response, i appreciate it!
git-buildpackage helps me a lot because it encodes standard workflow
decisions and operations so i don't have to think about them. without
this fix, i have to work around git-buildpackage and do more things
manually.
