The problem was stated clear as it is.
What I do: Start a X session and let evolution run. After half a day or
so goa-daemon shows the noted behaviour.
I can see no reason why this should be "debugged".
If you really have the time and can make the effort, please "debug" it
yourself.

When I initially added rsyslog-mongodb I did some testing and based on
that wrote README.Debian. I do not actively use it though, so I didn't
follow the upstream changes for that module.

There are numerous bug reports regarding this. No it should not be a
