Hi,
It appears that so far noone has time to fix gnome-terminal on
non-Linux. Please would you consider making it "linux-any" untill
someone volunteers to fix this problem?
Then users will easily notice that gnome-terminal is unavailable and
needs porting. In the meantime they can use the altern

Thank you very much for the message. There was an ATI graphics card. I
removed it, and the system worked immediately, without reinstalling, with

I also encountered the problem reported in #580070. In addition to the
