I upgraded saturday to 2.6.32-34, I was able to do a lot of modifications on
LVM2 volumes without any kernel panic

Hello,
I tried to compile virtualbox-ose with distcc, but was stopped by
strange errors like "gcc: argument to '-o' missing." It seems to be
exatly the same problem as described in this Gentoo bug:

The mono 2.10 package currently in experimental has replaced the package
libmono-dev with libmono-2.0-dev.
The library had a soname bump and the pkg-config file was renamed to
mono-2.pc.
The drapes package does not seem to need the dependency
I was advised by someone that the work around for this is to specify separate

Are you going to consider implementing purge_dir to
dpkg-maintscript-helper or should I do it directly in
php5-.postinst scripts? (Both options are OK for me.)

Apparently a recent glibc upgrade in Debian testing (to libc6-2.13) causes
postfix to fail (when sending email) with the following error:

xml2rfc 1.36 is required for generating acceptable internet drafts, so the
current version in Debian is not particularly useful. I packaged it for

about (gtk), I simply switch to a non-buggy package.
