This is not a bug. This is to do with how FVWM grabs the mouse during
certain operations. With a plain "Move" command as you have it, the
window is moved in the way you describe. To get the "old"
functionality back bind your actions in a function -- hence:

Probably just the error message in that case (I had to strace it to
figure out what was going wrong - if the error that came back from the
exec was displayed it would have been a 2min job).

We managed to find the SWIG code contributor who added the code to SWIG
which was inserting the PHP
