I've made an unofficial package of inspircd 2.0.4, I've made this
available at https://gitorious.org/ssm-deb/inspircd
The packaging was based on the 1.1.22+dfsg-4 version, but most is now
probably rewritten. I'm not sure if there are any non-dfsg things left
in the upstream source. I did
