unstable, but in this case the bug should be displayed as
"Outstanding".

Hi,
When closing a bug in experimental, the BTS displays it as fixed (bug
number crossed) in the list of the bugs even if a distribution tag
(sid, squeeze,...) is set. I think this is misleading.
