Coin, Looking at http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?package=libnotifyI can see #519614 is "Resolved", which is indeed only valid for the version in experimental. I though the default view (without dist=) was unstable, but in this case the bug should be displayed as "Outstanding". What happens then in this case ?
It may also be interesting to improve the documentation on this "Outstanding + crossed-out" case, or move these bugs in a third category ("Partialy Fixed Bugs" for example), so as to avoid non-DD bugreporters to be mislead.
