please have a look at Bug#478142 too. I run into problems with my
companys Subversion repository after upgrading libneon27 (0.27.2-1) to
0.28.2-1 and libneon27-gnutls (0.27.2-1) to 0.28.2-1.

I've figured out the dependency. A svn up command works well, after
downgrade libneon27_0.28.2.1 to 0.27.2.1 and libneon27-gnutls_0.28.2.1
to 0.27.2.1.
I think this bug is a duplicate of #448767 "subversion: svn failing with
https repository SSL negotiation failed: Connection reset by peer".

The repository which fails reside on a Windows machine. I have no

I think, it's a dependency problem, not directly a problem of the
subversion package. It occurs in 1.4.6dfsg1-2 (lenny) and 1.4.6dfsg1-3
(sid).
