Hello,
Patch included as this bug is quite annoying to me because:
1. the remote server only allow scp
2. inoticoming is way too fast
The "scp" one is tested, not the "rsync".

Hello,
I have the same issue with my reprepro+rebuild+sbuild setup.
rebuildd call a sbuild wrapper, but sbuild create .deb with 664.
I use inoticoming to handle the reprepro incoming queue and its way too

Regards.

Package: dput

Severity: normal
The scp upload method sometimes fails when the queue daemon (I'm
using mini-dinstall) processes the uploaded files before dput has a
chance to call chmod to fix their permissions.
Perhaps it would be better to fix the permissions locally and rely
