Another thing I noticed with this bug is that when the eject fails (that
is, if one waits around a few minutes before trying to eject), I get

I can confirm that this problem is no longer occurring. I believe the
problem was a rule in udev and not in nautilus. A recent upgraded
udev fixed this for me before 2.6.18 entered etch. Also if there are
duplicates for this with konqueror, I can confirm that konqueror is no
experience this as
